Occupational health

Green Recycle has implemented the Health and Work Management System, which involves:

- A comprehensive and structured system within the management and implementation of health and safety needs/requirements.
- Achieve superior employee performance through healthy work environments.
- Promote a culture of accident awareness and preventive protection among employees.

- Awareness of changes in occupational health and safety and knowledge of potential occupational accidents and diseases at national and global level.
The application of this management system has the following results:
- Awareness and empowerment of each employee on the importance of health and safety at work.
- Ensuring a healthy working environment that influences staff stability.
- Transparency and efficiency of QHSE management by communicating the results of risk assessments, audit reports and inspections to minimise the risk of accidents and illness.

 

Safety at work

Each Green Recycle department and employee shall comply with policies relating to workplace safety, safe operating practices, conditions and equipment.Each department and employee is committed to improving standards in health, safety and environmental protection.Each employee and department shall support any safety systems, procedures or policies that can provide preventive and protective measures necessary to eliminate or reduce risks to employees, company property or other parties that may be affected by company activities.Assessments will be made and occupational safety systems will be implemented where needed.Each employee and department recognizes the importance of safety and health to the proper conduct of its activities and expects each employee to actively participate in maintaining the occupational safety system.

 

Staff training

Our main objective is to provide our employees with the necessary personal development training through a structured and systematic approach that plans and prioritizes their learning needs.

Each department has implemented and/or certified the Integrated Management System (quality - environment - health and safety ISO standard).

Promoting the company's image as a reliable partner for employees and customers by delivering products and services on time and at an optimal price-quality ratio.
In addition, the company, through systematic management training and evaluation, ensures that operations are carried out competently and responsibly with regard to their impact on both its image and services.
